FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE SUMMARY

• HR- 2694-Right to repair bill. PA cosponsors are Brady, Gerlach, Fattah, Platts.

• HR 1076-Health care correction Bill. PA cosponsors are Fattah, Pitts, Murphy, Platts, English, Holden, Gerlach, Altmire.

• SB 616-Same as 1076, but the Senate version, No Pennsylvania Senators have signed on.

• No Pennsylvania Representative or Senator has written to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) to voice their disapproval to the NTSB’s release that encourages that all states mandate helmets for motorcyclists and helmets that are FMVSS 218 compliant.
